Under the roof of the Fur Marquee, rabbits and cavies (guinea pigs) compete to be the champion of their section. Normally alongside the rabbits and cavies in what has previously been known as the Fur and Feather tent we would have the poultry display, however sadly due to the risk of bird flu, we can't host the 'feather' element this year, and hope to welcome our chicken, duck, geese, turkey and even game bird exhibitors back next year.
Bringing together competitors from all over the UK, the Fur marquee gives visitors an opportunity to see a vast array of rare and beautiful breeds. Bring the whole family along to have a cuddle with the cavies.
Cavy (Guinea Pig) Show
The judging of the Cavy Show takes place on the Sunday, with public access to the marquee at all times. You can see the judges in action and even have a go at judging yourself by voting for your favourite cavy.
On the Monday you can meet the stars of the Show (the guinea pigs!) and find out more about them from the trade stands.
Returning in 2023: The Cavy Show will host another Skinny/Baldwin/Werewolf Show!
If you have a little furry friend and would like to take part please contact our Cavy Show organiser to enter.

Rabbit Show
For a number of years the show has held a large Rabbit Show, with classes for many of the hundreds of different breeds of rabbit. Competitors come from all over the South East to take part. The public can watch the judging taking place as well as walk through the marquee and see all the different breeds on display.
Entries to rabbit classes are not online but direct to the Rabbit Show organiser, Mrs Sam Turner who will be happy to give you further details if you would like to take part.
