The Edenbridge & Oxted Agricultural Show is a much loved event that attracts an average audience of around 45,000 people each year. Traditional in its feel, our two day show celebrates the very best of farming and the countryside with a family audience from across the South East.
We’re looking for caterers with brilliance!
Our visitors need to leave the E&O Show knowing they’ve had a huge choice of great quality food, prepared by people who care, and sold at a fair price. Our ideal food traders care about provenance and support British farms. They care for the environment and use recyclable packaging for service. They’re also considerate of people with varied dietary needs and offer vegan and gluten free options where possible.
All our caterers need impeccable food hygiene ratings and a full risk assessment. You’ll also need to be prepared to serve to meet sustained high demand. We had some 45,000 people attend over the two days in 2025.
You’ll need to be open about your trading figures. We will keep that information confidential but we work on a commission basis. This is because we want a level playing field for everyone. To trade at the Edenbridge & Oxted Show you’ll need to pay a commission to the show of 20% of your sales.

We’re excited to introduce our new application process, which can be found on the Trade Stand and Catering Application page. All caterers wishing to attend the 2026 show are asked to complete the application form. Once received, our Trade Stand team will review submissions and be in touch.

All applications will be reviewed by our trade stand committee and a member of the Show Office will advise if your application has been successful as soon as possible.
