Caring about COVID

The measures we're taking to keep everyone safe at our Show

We're very fortunate that our Show dates are a number of weeks after the scheduled easing of COVID-19 restrictions in England. For this reason, we're planning for a full event.

Our team is working closely with our trusty Health & Safety consultant and will make sure that we implement any changes required to manage risk for our volunteers, stallholders, competitors and visitors.

There will be change at this year's Show and we'll add information to this page over the coming weeks to keep you up to date with what we're doing.

To avoid queuing at the gate, and to secure your discount we recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance of the Show. You will be asked for the contact details of each party member for the purposes of NHS Test and Trace. Tickets purchased in advance will be in the form of an e-Ticket which will be sent to your email address and you'll need to either print them ahead of the Show or ensure they're available on your smartphone.

The layout of the Showground has changed in a move that will help people flow more freely around the site by easing points of congestion. There will be maps available and volunteer marshalls to help you find your way around.

We have a number of handwash points at the Showground already. We're adding sanitiser points too and kindly ask you to make frequent use of these facilities.

Advice around mask wearing, social distancing and safe capacity for marquees remains under careful review by our team.
