Tickets - Terms & Conditions

General Conditions (applicable to all ticket types)
Please note that your ticket purchase is non-transferrable and non-refundable. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

Tickets are issued subject to these Rules and Regulations. We regret tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Please check your booking before placing the order and please check your tickets on receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Pre-Show discounted tickets are available until 23:59 on 23rd August 2024. After this time tickets can still be purchased online but will be charged at the show day gate price.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the Show of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. Tickets are valid for one day/visit only (unless otherwise stated). No duplicate can be issued nor any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused car passes admission tickets or members'/guest badges.

The acceptance of this order is not a guarantee of availability. If we are unable to fulfil your request you will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity and an alternative may be offered. In the event of any errors which are the direct result of actions of the Show management or staff, we are only responsible for the refund of the cost of the ticket. Our agreement does not cover the cost of travel or accommodation.

The Show will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of tickets due to circumstances beyond its control. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to contact the Show Office in the event of non-delivery. The Show will not be responsible for data communications failure or malfunction.

Unless notification of your order is received from the Show, no booking is confirmed. Tickets are sold subject to the right to alter or vary the programme including but not limited to changes to the advertised programme without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The Show shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation or postponement of the Event or any such eventuality. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

If a ticket or wristband is re-sold or transferred by anyone other than the Show it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue. Anyone found to be offering wristbands for sale risks having their own right of admission revoked. Surplus wristbands should be returned to the Show Office.

The Show management reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the venue.

Anyone wishing to leave and re-enter the site may do so by making gate staff aware that they wish to re-enter before leaving. A handstamp will be issued by gate staff. This must be shown to gain re-entry. Re-entry is only valid for the day of the original ticket purchase.

Emailed Tickets
All public tickets ordered online will be emailed to the recipient. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to check receipt of the email. Each ticket has a unique barcode number which can be used once for entry to the show on either 25th or 26th August 2024. Your booking reference for the entire order is also printed on the ticket in case of query. Please check that you have enough ink in your printer to print each individual ticket in the email with the barcode clearly displayed. Emailed entry tickets can be printed either in black & white or in colour. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to print the tickets. It is not the responsibility of the Show to send any tickets to those who order tickets online.

Member Tickets
Member, Governor, Sponsor, Steward and Guest badges provide entry to the show and to the Members’ Marquee. Badges must be scanned on entry to the showground and shown to gain admission to the Members’ Marquee. A dress code (minimum of ‘smart casual’) applies to this area and will be enforced. Governor Car Parking is subject to availability. Vehicles must be removed from the Governor Car Park by 19:00h on 25th & 26th August at which point the gates will be locked.

Such wristbands must be worn, shown on request, and presented at the relevant gates to grant access. Holders of wristbands may access Stockmans Bar and associated entertainment on 24th & 25th August from 19:00h.
