Trade Stands
With over 300 Trade stands there is sure to be something for everyone! We try and keep the quality of our trade stands as high as possible, so whether you are looking for a new car, hot tub or walking stick, you are bound to find the best on offer at the Edenbridge and Oxted Show!
FOOD HALL
Our Food Hall includes a vast array of mouth watering produce and products, from locally produced meats, Wines and spirits produced in the South East and hand made cakes, to name but a few. There is bound to be something to cater for everyones tastes.
SHOPPING ARCADE
Our Shoppping Arcade consists of a huge range of different products including hand made furniture and clothing. Usually there are a number of local artists situated in this area, so whether you are looking to commission a portrait of your family or pets, or just purchase a picture for the wall you are bound to find something suitable in our Shopping Arcade.
NEW FOR 2010 - ANTIQUES AND COLLECTABLES MARQUEE
New for 2010 an Antiques and Collectables Marquee will be included in the show.
Stands will cost £75 for a 3m by 2m covered stand within the marquee.

NEW APPLICATIONS
If you would like to apply for trade stand space at the Edenbridge and Oxted Show please send information in writing about your company and the products that would be displayed/ sold on your stand. If you do not have a product please explain what you would be doing on the Trade stand. We also require a list of any other shows that you exhibit at, and any photos or brochures of your products or trade stand. Once we have sited all our existing trade stands, application forms will be sent out to new applicants around the end of March. Space is allocated in date of receipt order.

TRADE STAND BOOKING INFORMATION
Booking for two days only
Minimum frontage bookable in all categories 3 M, if you require a corner site the minimum frontage is 6M.
Bookings must be made in multiples of 3 M.
Please note there is a compulsory Menbership charge of £35 in addition for trade stands

Ring Side Banners
Another ideal way to promote your company at the show is to have ringside Banners displayed in the main ring or any of the other rings.
Price - Main ring banner = £100
- Side rings = £75
TENS License
All Trade stands selling alcohol need a Temporary Events Notice. License application forms will be sent out by the office before the show, but please contact Barry Crowhurst at Tandridge District Council for more information bcrowhurst@tandridge.gov.uk

TRADE STAND JUDGING COMPETITION
Each year we invite colleagues from other shows around the country to judge our trade stands. Judging is based on, orginality of design, Advertising value, attractiveness and general tidiness and layout of the stand. Stands are judged in one of four categories:
CLASS A - Trade stands occupying site of 6m frontage or less.
CLASS B - Trade stands occupying site more than 6m frontage.
CLASS C - Food hall or Shopping arcade exhibitors.
CLASS D - Agricultural and Horticultural Trade Stands.
