Judges

A list of all 2012 judges will be available from January 2012. The Committee reserve the right to appoint substitutes for any who may be unavoidably prevented from attending and all entries are accepted upon that understanding.

Stewarding

The show is always looking for keen, responsible people to help steward our horse and pony classes, if you would like to offer your help please contact the office on 01737 645843. We try to allocate duties depending on our stewards interests and experience, so please let us know if you have any preferences.

We have a large equine section at the show, with over 1500 Horses, Ponies and Donkeys entered at the show. The schedule includes classes for everyone from Novice to professional, from Shetland to Shire. Including ridden, driven and In hand classes. A copy of our schedule is available to download below the timetable. If you have previously entered the show, a schedule will be sent to you automatically.

Important Information

All horses, ponies and donkeys over six months of age should be fully vaccinated against
Equine Influenza and Tetanus. Checks will be carried out by the Veterinary Officers on a random basis.
All horses, ponies and donkeys should have a valid Passport.

Late postal entries for Jumping Classes only will be accepted up to two weeks before the Show with 25% increase of Entry Fees.

Cheques should be made payable to: Edenbridge & Oxted Agricultural Show.
