In one of the many sessions running throughout the 2 days of the show, children have an amazing time creating dishes from scratch and can take their creations home and force feed them to their grandparents. This approach allows children of all ages to feel like a real Chef and offers a grass routes approach to instilling the Love Food Hate Waste message. Aprons and Chef's hats are all provided, and after they have washed their hands the fun begins. This activity provides a great photo opportunity as the children very often end up covered in flour.
