Visitors to the 2007 show were treated to the adrenline filled Shetland Grand National, it proved a huge success with visitors young and old.
After the Foot and Mouth outbreak a few weeks before the show, the livestock section was missing from this years show, but the orgainsers and committee did everything possible to make the show a success. The Historic Vehicles were welcomed back into the Main Ring.
The introduction of a new Show jumping class the "Two fence challenge" had spectators on the edge of their seats watching some of the countries finest show jumpers battling it out.
The winner of the prestigous Winston Churchill Memorial Trophy. Awarded by the President to the best exhibit in the show, was won by Devine Nurseries of East yorkshire for their brilliant display of Gladioli.
